Provenance Meals use food as a way to optimize health holistically. Their nutrient-dense meals can be used to support gut health, manage stress, improve sleep, kickstart weight loss, regain the glow of your skin, balance blood sugar, and reduce inflammation.

Founder and CEO Caroll Lee states that their mission is to "help you become the most amazing version of yourself, one bite at a time". The company culture is inspired by her Korean heritage and the country's naturally health-conscious diet. The gluten-free, dairy-free meals have influences from diets like paleo and keto, and many of them are completely plant-based.

What You Can Expect From Your Meal

Provenance Meals is all about letting food be your medicine and boosting your immune system through your plate. They honor ancient cooking methods known to preserve nutrients and make the food easily digestible, such as soaking, sprouting, and fermenting.

They offer three different Clean Eating programs and a wellness shop with items like snacks and supplements.

Each dish contains 1 serving. If you want meals for two or more people, just click the plus sign to add extra portions.

Choosing Provenance Meals does good not only to you but also on a larger scale – the vegetables are organic and locally grown, the meat from grass-fed animals, and their seafood is sustainable and wild-caught.

Within the company, the food scraps are composted, and the packaging recyclable or reusable. Even their electricity is provided by a local community solar project!

All meals are gluten- and dairy-free and with zero refined sugar.

Frozen or Fresh?

Some meals and snacks will arrive frozen, such as sauces and soups, to guarantee freshness – others will arrive fresh.

Sample Meals

All meals are ready to eat – no cooking required. Simply reheat your meals on a stovetop or in the oven to best preserve the nutrients.

Daily Essentials

The Daily Essentials program is organic, gluten-free, and dairy-free, with zero refined sugar. It consists of daily meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – developed by their in-house nutritionists and wellness experts.

Some examples of their meals:

  • Apple Butter Chia Parfait with Hazelnut and Bee Pollen
  • Scrambled Eggs with Parsnip Home Fries and Creamy Mustard Sage Sauce
  • Spiced Pumpkin Soup with Sesame Kale Chips
  • Wild Rice Brassica Bowl with Garlic Tahini Dressing
  • Chicken Tikka Masala with Sautéed Spinach and Dried Sour Cherries
  • Lemon Rosemary Paleo Snack Muffin

Feel Good Fix

The Feel Good Fix is a 3-day plant-based program. The cleanse is designed to flush out potentially inflammatory toxins, boost your immune system, and give your body the nutrients it needs with no deprivation – you'll feel full from delicious foods. Feel Good Fix gifts the body a welcome break from inflammatory triggers such as gluten, dairy, refined sugar, GMOs, soy, corn, and refined vegetable oils.

In the package, you'll get plant-based meals, herbal detox teas, snacks, and a superfood cacao protein shake for breakfast.

The Feel Good Fix is designed to pivot you into healthy meal habits. It's intended to start on a Wednesday, and you'll get all you need delivered the day before.

Provenance Detox Program

This cleanse is a perfect start to the new year or a new season! The Provenance Detox Program is a 5-7 days plant-based program designed to give your system a full reset. The nutrient-packed meals, drinks, and supplements are tailored to kickstart weight loss, boost natural beauty, and improve gut health.

Provenance Meals highlights that a detox is not a way of starving yourself or putting your body under an extreme diet – rather, it's an opportunity for you to dedicate a week to self-care and to listen within a little extra, all while gifting your body real nutrition.

Guidance Included

Before the detox starts, you'll receive the Provenance Detox Guide via email from their team of wellness experts. In case you don't find the answers you're looking for, you can always contact their wellness experts directly.

The Provenance Detox Program is designed to start on a Monday.

If you're not at home at the time of delivery, you can leave delivery instructions when placing your order for a safe place to put it. In case you haven't, and there's no doorman where you live, the driver will leave it outside of your door at their discretion. If they deem it unsafe, you'll be in charge of the extra fees applied.

Depending on what you've ordered, you'll either get one delivery (Feel Good Fix and Wellness Shop items) or multiple ones to ensure freshness (Daily Essentials and Provenance Detox). Although properly packed and designed to stay chilled for hours, you should refrigerate all items upon reception.

The meals should be consumed within 3-4 days.

You can return your tote bags and ice packs with your next delivery, and Provenance Meals will recycle or reuse as appropriate.

Most meals will arrive in PLA-lined, compostable containers made of bagasse, a material made of sugarcane and thus not contributing to deforestation. Simply remove the label once you're done enjoying your meal – and the container can be composted just like food scraps!

The BPA-free plastic containers for stews and soups can be recycled if you're in an area that recycles hard plastics. Alternatively, you can wash them and reuse them for leftovers.

Is it hard to take the detox program?

The detox program might come with challenges that differ depending on where you're coming from. If you're not used to eating plant-based and gluten-free, deviating from the standard American diet can be challenging in itself. If you're used to clean eating and already lead a healthy life, it might be demanding because it breaks your snacking habits or emotional eating patterns. You're also eliminating alcohol and caffeine and incorporating movement.

Daily Essentials and Feel Good Fix are suitable for beginners that wish to ease into detoxing.

Is Provenance Meals vegan and allergy-friendly?

All the meals are gluten-free and dairy-free with no refined sugar. In addition, both the Provenance Detox Program and Feel Good Fix are fully vegan. For the Daily Essentials, it depends on the meals.

Within the membership or Provenance Detox, you can alert Provenance Meals if you have egg, shellfish, pork, peanut, or tree nut allergies, and they'll do their best to substitute wherever possible.

What are the benefits of the membership?

With the Provenance Meals membership, you get the convenience of weekly deliveries – no need to remember to order or figure out what to have for dinner! You also get 10% off all prices on their menu.

Provenance Meals Costs

The prices start at $12 per meal and can go up to $395 for a full detox program. You can get $25 off your first order if you sign up for the newsletter. If you sign up for recurring deliveries, you receive a 10% discount.
