eMeals is meal planning made simple! This meal planning service efficiently removes the guesswork and grocery shopping from your dinner equation.
Each week, you pick your top recipes from a curated flow and have them delivered to your door. That way, you can focus on the fun and fulfilling part – cooking!
If you prefer, there's also the option of doing the grocery shopping yourself. eMeals is a flexible service where you choose your level of involvement according to your lifestyle.
How eMeals Works
Getting started with eMeals is easy. Select your desired number of servings – then the food style. Budget-friendly, diabetic, heart-healthy, or vegan? eMeals has all the categories you can dream of and then some!
Based upon your preferences, eMeals then shows you a flow of recipes tailored to your tastes. You still have access to all their recipes if you feel like trying something outside of the ordinary.
When you've designed your desired menu for the week, you can download your own little recipe book as a PDF and have the shopping list sent to your phone. The only thing left is to get the ingredients into your kitchen!
Choose between doing the grocery shopping yourself, ordering pickup of the meal ingredients, or having them delivered directly to your doorstep.
App for Easy Access
eMeals has a mobile app compatible with iOS and Android. The eMeals app conveniently creates a shopping list for you.
You can also send the list to your grocery store for pickup of your products, saving you waiting time in long lines.

The app has a sharing feature for recipes so that you can share your favorites via social media, email, or text.
