Pause Your Account
You can pause your subscription at any time for free. This saves your favorites and holds your subscription until you're ready to jump back in. You can easily pause your account for 1,2 or 3 months on their website (emeals.com).
To pause your account:
- Log in and navigate to the Meal Plans page.
- Click View Payment History.
- Click Manage Subscription under the plans you would like to pause.
- Select to pause for 1, 2 or 3 months.
Cancel through iTunes
Did you know that you can sign up for an eMeals subscription through the Apple App Store? This way, you can conveniently cancel your subscription without needing to call customer service.
Sign up through the App Store for the possibility to cancel your trial or account renewal through the settings on your mobile device. In case you've already been charged by Apple, you will need to contact their support team regarding a refund.
To cancel through iTunes using your iPhone:

- Go to Settings
- Select iTunes and App Store
- Select your Apple ID marked in blue
- Click View Apple ID
- Enter your iTunes password (exactly where you have to enter your password depends on your settings)
